Police grill COZA Senior Pastor, Fatoyinbo for third day

The police have coordinated the Senior Pastor of Commonwealth of Zion Assembly, Biodun Fatoyinbo, to report today for additionally addressing over the assault claim leveled against him by Busola, spouse of well known artiste, Timi Dakolo.

Fatoyinbo spent Tuesday night and the better piece of Wednesday at Force Criminal Investigation Department, Garki Area 10, Abuja, where he was grilled by criminologists driven by Assistant Commissioner of Police, Adaku Anya.

Dakolo asserted that the priest assaulted her when she was a young person in her parents’ home in Ilorin, Kwara State.

Fatoyinbo supposedly spent Tuesday night at the FCID following his failure to consummate his bail conditions.

He was said to have left the police on Wednesday morning to spruce up after which he came back to the FCID for another session with the agents.

Power representative, DCP Frank Mba, said Fatoyinbo had been approached to return for another round of addressing, including that the examination concerning the claims would before long be closed.

He expressed, “We are taking as much time as necessary to guarantee that the examination was appropriately completed. It is untimely to discuss the subtleties of the examination. In this way, I won’t almost certainly reveal to you whether an at first sight body of evidence has been built up against him. We have guided him to come back again tomorrow (today), for further addressing.”

There are signs that the pastor might be charged if the police discover him guilty for the supposed wrongdoing.

Various observers and past unfortunate casualties have allegedly volunteered explanations to the police.
