In an assault on the Byazhin neighborhood of Kubwa, Bwari Area Council, Federal Capital Territory, armed men killed a vigilante and abducted four locals.
The attack happened in the early hours of Thursday, according to a local named Aliyu, who also mentioned that the attackers were well-armed.
“The assault took place early on Thursday morning. The community was attacked by about 28 gunmen. I believe they may have set up camp there prior to their attack. He claimed, “One vigilante guiding the area was shot from behind and died as a result of the gunshot, while four residents were taken into the bush.”
The dead vigilante has been buried, according to a security source who verified the occurrence.
Additionally, he revealed that a search and rescue effort for the kidnapped individuals had been initiated by united teams of security personnel.
“It is accurate. The vigilante had just been laid to rest. Vigilantes, the police, and the military appeared. According to the source, they are already in the jungle looking for the culprits and trying to save the victims.
