Isaac Omodewu, the chairman of the All-Progressives Congress in Oyo State, passed away in the United States.
It was reported that Omodewu left Nigeria for medical treatment in November 2023.
However. after nearly a year of receiving treatment for an undisclosed illness in the United States, of which he was a citizen, he passed away.
Olawale Sadare, the state publicity secretary, verified the news, saying he was dead.
“Our chairman is dead,” he simply stated.
