The Revered Cleric and Archbishop Emeritus of Methodist Church Nigeria, Ayo Ladigbolu urged President Bola Tinubu to give renewed hope to citizens in the country by prioritizing mental Health wellness.
According to Ladigbolu, the First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, motivated his decision to set a non-governmental organization to promote mental health of Nigerians.
Hence, President Bola Tinubu should ensure that the renewed hope promised to Nigerians by his administration does not exclude care for the mental health of citizens.
Ladigbolu, who is also the founder and Executive Director of Oyo Metro Suicide Prevention and Counselling Initiative, disclosed this in a recent interview with the Broadcasting Corporation of Oyo State.
