Gboyega Aribisogan, has been elected as the new speaker of the Ekiti State House of Assembly. He is representing Ikole Constituency of the state.
Aribisogun was elected at plenary on Tuesday.
He replaced the former Ekiti State Assembly speaker, Funminiyi Afuye, who died on October 19, 2022, after a brief illness.
