The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has debunked viral information on social media that it is currently recruiting through a dubious EFCC recruitment 2023/2024 application portal dated April 7, 2023.
The commission in a statement by its spokesperson, Wilson Uwujaren described the recruitment site as fake and misleading, offering some phoney information about a purported ongoing recruitment exercise.
He said, “The EFCC is not recruiting at the moment.
“Members of the public are enjoined to ignore the fake site and its content”
While warning members of the public not to be deceived, it note that the information shared on social media is fake.
The commission added that information about the commission’s activities, including job openings, can be obtained from its official website, www.efcc.gov.ng.
