President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday met with the Senate President, Ahmad Lawan at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
Lawan arrived the forecourt of the State House around 3.50pm.
Lawan had led the Senate in the screening exercise of the 43 ministerial nominees submitted by President Buhari.
The screening and confirmation exercise for the 43 nominees ended in the Senate on Tuesday, clearing all the nominees.
The meeting with the President was still in progress at the time of filing this report.
