The U.N. children’s agency reports that over 100 children have been killed in Gaza since the October ceasefire, including drone and quadcopter attacks.

UNICEF spokesperson, James Elder, said reporters at a UN briefing by video link from Gaza that “more than 100 children have been killed in Gaza since the ceasefire of early October.

“Survival remains conditional, whilst the bombings and the shootings have slowed, have reduced during the ceasefire, they have not stopped.”

He claimed that military actions, including air strikes, drone strikes, tank shelling, gunfire, and quadcopters, accounted for almost all of the fatalities of the 60 boys and 40 girls. A small number of the casualties were caused by explosive war relics.

According to him, the number is probably underestimated because it only includes deaths for which adequate data was available.
